Pete Kehoe

Pete Kehoe is a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter & award-winning composer. His acoustics cover styles from folk to funk, rock and pop to blues. According to Mr. Kehoe, he’s got decent chops on bass (upright and electric), harmonica, mandolin (OK...he’s no Bill Monroe), and french horn (no kidding). Pete regularly performs a solo acoustic act at some of the biggest resorts in the midwest, playing a mix of clever, off-the-beaten-path covers and originals. He's played with and/or opened for such diverse artists as CeCe Peniston, Humble Pie, The Romantics, Rick Derringer, Edwin McCain, Aaron Lewis (Staind), Hootie & The Blowfish, Colbie Caillat and more.

Wixie Harrington

Wixie Harrington is made up of two people in love with music. Making the best possible sound and atmosphere using whatever means necessary is our goal.  Some accoustic songs (Wixie's favorite!) mixed with some computer generated midi sounds that augment Harrington's versatile guitar style and dance parties if the occasion requires such frivolities! Ultimately, delivering a natural but polished song that will fill your senses with good energy and leave you thinking happy thoughts.

She released her first music video, Blade with critical acclaim and to a packed house at City Park Grill, a well known music venue in Petoskey, Michigan in the spring of 2012. 2012 was a good year for Michelle as she scored a Michigan Emmy® Award for musical score on the TV documentary Sacrifice and Honor: A Tribute to our Northern Michigan Veterans. She continually performs hundreds of shows across the state each year. In addition to her tireless schedule, Michelle founded Mackinac Island Songwriters Workshop with her brother from another mother Pete Kehoe, has been writing and recording with country artist Julianne Ankley and performing with her band, Blood Sisters.

Singing and playing guitar since she was seven years old, it’s no surprise that Chenard has garnered such respect and accolades.

Cousin Curtiss

While defining what it means to be a One-Man-Band Cousin Curtiss proves that Rootstomp music is a raw blend of Folk, Blues, and Bluegrass without the twang. Rootstomp music is an interesting conversation between guitars, bass, drums, and sometimes the harmonica wants the floor. Cousin Curtiss’s Rootstomp shows are contagious with enthusiasm, energy, and toe-tapping-foot-stomping-hand-clapping goodness. Add to that stories of life on the road and living in a self-made tiny house after leaving behind a successful teaching career in Alaska to chase a dream and you have an entertaining show of the highest value.

Cousin Curtiss was born and raised in Northern Michigan but has since lived in St. Lucia, Tok, Alaska, Juneau, Alaska, and now resides in Colorado. His songs are directly influenced by life on the road, strangers with strange stories, love of family and friends, teaching, adventure, and hypothetical situations that help fill the loneliness and silence of long road trips.

Charlie Reager

Charlie has been playing music all his life. Meeting and sharing the stage with many national acts, most notable, Willie Nelson. This has given Charlie a very exciting, adventurous career. After singing and playing drums with Uncle Ugly for over 20 years, he decided to branch out and put out his first solo effort. On the new CD "Good Life" Charlie sings, plays guitar, harmonica, and hand percussions, and also wrote songs. The CD is getting great reviews and is receiving plenty of air play.

Playing drums in a variety of acts, playing djembe, guitar and harmonica in a few acoustic duos, and playing a solo act makes Charlie one of the busiest guys in the music business.

Jaime Marvin

Jaime Marvin fell in love with music at a very early age.  She started playing drums and percussion in grade school, but baseball was her passion, so it wasn’t until she threw her shoulder out playing on the High School boys JV baseball team that she picked up a guitar.  At that moment, she found her new passion.  As with everything Jaime does, she immersed herself into music and found her soul.  She knew on that day that she would spend the rest of her life playing, listening, teaching, and sharing music with others.

Jaime’s musical background is vast, from playing percussion in the High School band, studying music theory, teaching guitar and drums, being the piano accompanist for ballet classes at the University of Michigan, working at the local music store for over 9 years and then owning her own music store and café, she surrounded herself with music.  She also attended Galloup School of Luthiery, where she earned her Master Luthier Certificate.  Her love for music continued to grow and soon she began to play in local coffee shops where her talent was quickly recognized.  This opened the door to bar gigs and private events, giving her the opportunity to make her living performing music.  She is now a staple of the local music scene and also on Mackinac Island during the Michigan summers.

Jaime has a diverse repertoire, and her musical influences are from a vast array of different genres, but somehow she is able to pull a unique element out of each of those to make her own flavor.  Jaime states, “No matter what I do in music, I will always perform with all of my heart and soul”.  Along with being an accomplished vocalist and guitarist, Jaime has been writing for a few years and has just released her first album.  Jaime is, in a word, raw. . . what you see is what you get.  When she plays, her music touches your soul, she feels every chord, every note, and so do you.
